Through a collage of dances and sounds from different eras, Baptiste Cazaux creates a hybrid space where movements, music and sounds are distorted, layered and clash. Driven by nostalgia for the pop anthems of the 2010s, That’s twisted is rooted in a contemporary melancholy that the choreographer seeks to transcend. The premiere took place from 21 to 25 April 2026 at the Pavillon ADC (Geneva, CH).

In a duet with the performer and musician Nelson Schaub aka Maître Peintre, Baptiste Cazaux deconstructs the mechanisms of virtuosity and reflects on amateurism as a creative, transformative force that generates new forms. perfect pitch premiered on 6 and 7 March 2021 at the Théâtre Sevelin 36, as part of the Printemps de Sévelin festival (Lausanne, CH).

The creation of EXERCICE DE STYLES #2 was driven by Raymond Queneau’s literary essay. Together with Akané Nussbaum, Cazaux applies the same variation to a choreographic sentence improvised at the beginning of the performance. This work premiered on August 19th 2019 at Festival far ° (Nyon, CH).
